Roche Bobois — API-led integration architecture

Problem
E-commerce, ERP, CRM and third-party services exchanged data through point-to-point flows that were hard to monitor and evolve.
Built
Reusable APIs on MuleSoft Anypoint, complex DataWeave transformations, robust error handling and orchestration across systems — including Salesforce CRM flows.
Result
One observable integration backbone across order, CRM and ERP flows, with API governance standards adopted by the team.

Miele — cloud-native commerce migration

Problem
A global B2C platform on on-premise SAP Hybris was limiting scalability and deployment speed.
Built
Zero-downtime migration to SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2), microservices on SAP BTP Kyma, OCC API optimisation and Jenkins CI/CD.
Result
A cloud-native platform serving global B2C traffic with better performance and continuous deployment.

BYK — multi-country B2B platform

Problem
An ageing SAP Hybris 6.7 B2B platform could not support a multi-country rollout or headless capabilities.
Built
Led the migration to Commerce Cloud CCv2 with SAP ERP integrations for pricing, inventory and orders, plus custom OCC APIs for B2B workflows.
Result
One B2B platform serving 15+ countries with real-time ERP data and headless commerce.

Problème
E-commerce, ERP, CRM et services tiers échangeaient via des flux point-à-point difficiles à superviser et à faire évoluer.
Réalisé
APIs réutilisables sur MuleSoft Anypoint, transformations DataWeave complexes, gestion d'erreurs robuste et orchestration multi-systèmes — y compris les flux Salesforce CRM.
Résultat
Un socle d'intégration unique et observable entre commandes, CRM et ERP, avec des standards de gouvernance API adoptés par l'équipe.

Problème
Une plateforme B2C mondiale sur SAP Hybris on-premise limitait la scalabilité et la vitesse de déploiement.

Migration zero-downtime vers SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2), microservices sur SAP BTP Kyma, optimisation des APIs OCC et CI/CD Jenkins.
Résultat
Une plateforme cloud-native servant le trafic B2C mondial, plus performante et en déploiement continu.

Problème
Une plateforme B2B vieillissante sur SAP Hybris 6.7 ne pouvait soutenir ni un déploiement multi-pays ni le headless.
Réalisé
Direction de la migration vers Commerce Cloud CCv2 avec intégrations SAP ERP pour prix, stocks et commandes, et des APIs OCC sur mesure pour les workflows B2B.
Résultat
Une plateforme B2B unique pour 15+ pays, avec données ERP en temps réel et commerce headless.
